Pokhara Universtiy was established in 1997 as the 5th University of Nepal under the government's rules and regulations with aims to expand the access to higher education.The central office of the universtiy is situated in Lekhanath Municipality,Kaski District, Western Development Region of Nepal.
Objectives
- Provide the quality education
- Supply skilled human resources necesssary for the national development
The University consist of following Faculties such as:
- Faculty of Science and Technolgy
- Faculty of Humnities and Social Science
- Faculty of Management Studies
